Minor color differences may exist due to screen display variance, which will not affect product appearance or function.
Once your order is confirmed, LANKENTERPRISES will send a digital sales receipt to your registered email address. You may also log into your member account, open the order history tab, and download or view your receipt anytime.
If your journal, notebook or stapler fails to meet expectations, submit a return request via your LANKENTERPRISES account order page within our return window. Pack the unused product in its original condition, ship it back following our provided address, and we will process your refund after inspection.
Popular journals, notebooks and stapler styles at LANKENTERPRISES will be restocked regularly. You may tap the restock notification button on the out-of-stock product page; we will email you immediately once new inventory arrives. Discontinued designs will not be replenished.
